RETURN POLICY

You can return any unused product within 7 days of receiving your order. The return of goods must be accompanied by an authorization number from B-SICK. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return, unless the product is defective or an error occurred during your order. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank statement.

Be sure to include the return form with the items to be returned. Items purchased during the promotion are final sales and are not exchangeable or refundable.
